It should be noted that the labelling means all data on the packaging, including graphical symbols, trademarks and marketing texts and claims. Mandatory and optional information shall be governed by directly applicable EU legislation (Regulation) or by recommended rules (Directive), which are incorporated into the national legislation of each country. This legal documents are assigned at the national level, including non-harmonized area of regulations .
